This project is based on an interactive video where the user can choose the exploration path. Hence, the experience of a special dinner with a loved one or with intimate friends can start much before sitting at a table.
A Michelin restaurant is more than a dinner in an elegant venue. It offers a sensory experience made of selected ingredients, refined flavors and the elegance of an exclusive service. Our client asked us to anticipate this experience digitally, making it participatory by customers and equally immersive.
We explored different options and finally decided on an interactive video. Customers could access the web-based solution either by social media or QR code, for those who received the exclusive invitation card, with the possibility to book right away. The digital marketing campaign reached an audience of 500.000 people with a limited investment and generated 694 bookings over 2 summer months in 2020.
